Quadruplex Nucleic Acid Detection Kit for Enterocytozoon hepatopenaei (EHP), Acute Hepatopancreatic Necrosis Disease (AHPND), Vibrio parahaemolyticus (Vp) and Vibrio harveyi (Vh) (qPCR Method) is a fully lyophilised real-time PCR kit for aquatic pathogen screening in shrimp, prawn and fish farming. The reagents are dried in the tube, so the kit ships and stores without a cold chain and is ready after rehydration.
Specimen: Tissue / pond sediment. Supplied as 48T/Kit. Runs on the compact 24-well analyser or any standard real-time PCR instrument, with a result in about 50 minutes, so post-larvae, broodstock, feed and water can be screened before stocking.
