How to order
Terms, lead times and what we need from you
The answers buyers normally have to extract over three emails. If something here does not fit your situation, say so in the enquiry and we will quote to your terms where we can.
From enquiry to container
Five steps. Most accounts take four to eight weeks from first email to first bulk shipment, and the sample stage is where nearly all of that time sits.

Commercial terms
Standard terms. Volume, established accounts and repeat lots move most of these.
Minimum order quantity
Set per assay, not per container. Rapid tests typically start at 100 boxes per assay; PCR and immunofluorescence at 50 kits. Mixed orders across assays are normal and count toward the same shipment.
Payment
We hold a US dollar local account, so a United States buyer pays by domestic transfer: routing number, no SWIFT, no intermediary bank fees, usually cleared the same day. Bulk orders are 30% with the order and 70% against the bill of lading copy. Letters of credit on orders above a threshold agreed at quotation.
Incoterms
Quoted EXW and FOB by default. CIF and DDP available on request once destination and customs broker are known.
Shelf life and storage
Rapid tests and lyophilised PCR kits ship and store at room temperature, 24 months from manufacture. We despatch against the longest available lot and state the expiry on the proforma.
Lead time
Quoted per assay because it follows the manufacturing run. Fast-moving canine and feline lines are often held in finished stock; specialised panels are made to order.
Claims
One point of contact for the whole shipment. Lot numbers, production dates and batch records are supplied with every consignment so a claim can be traced to a single run.
Documentation supplied
Issued by the manufacturing site, not by us, and supplied with the quotation rather than after the deposit. Your regulatory team reviews the real file.
Quality system
ISO 13485 & veterinary GMP
Certificates are held by the manufacturing sites we work with. We supply the current certificate for the specific site producing your lot, with its scope and expiry.
Product
CE marking & performance data
Declaration of conformity where the product carries CE marking, plus sensitivity and specificity data from the manufacturer's validation study.
Per lot
Certificate of analysis
Lot number, production and expiry date, release testing results and batch records, issued for each lot in the consignment.
Certificates belong to the manufacturing site, not to us · we hold no ISO certification of our own and make no such claim
Questions we get in the first email
Short answers. Longer ones come with the quotation.
| Are you the factory? | No. We are a sourcing and private-label partner. Products are made by audited manufacturing sites that we hold authorisations from. We say which site produces your lot. |
| Can I sell these in the United States? | Clinic equipment, yes, and quickly: cages, tables, baths and drying cabinets carry no veterinary premarket requirement. Diagnostics are slower. Infectious-disease tests are USDA APHIS veterinary biologics and need a licensed importer, which runs in years. Non-infectious tests fall under FDA CVM and need no premarket approval. Most of our diagnostic volume therefore ships outside the United States, and most of our US business starts with equipment. |
| Can I put my own brand on them? | Yes on the diagnostic lines. Your artwork on cassette, pouch and carton, your catalogue numbers, your insert language. Minimums are set per assay. |
| Can I order a mixed container? | Yes. That is the main reason to work through us. Rapid tests, PCR kits, analysers and clinic furniture come from different factories and are consolidated into one shipment. |
| How do I evaluate before committing? | Sample offers are available. Tell us the assay and your market, and we will arrange the sample and connect you to your local channel distribution where one already exists. |
| Do you sell to clinics directly? | We supply distributors, importers and clinic groups at wholesale quantities. Single-clinic orders are usually better served by a distributor in your market, and we will point you to one where we can. |
| What if the assay I need is not listed? | Ask. The 349 items listed are what we stock routinely, not the limit of what we can source. |
