HLV/EHP/Vpa Nucleic Acid Detection Kit (Real-time PCR, lyophilised)
HLV/EHP/Vpa is a fully lyophilised triplex real-time PCR kit that screens shrimp for highly lethal Vibrio (HLV), Enterocytozoon hepatopenaei (EHP) and Vibrio parahaemolyticus in one reaction. The reagents are dried in the tube, so the kit ships and stores without a cold chain and is ready after rehydration with the sample extract.
Specimen: shrimp tissue or post-larvae. Supplied as 24 tests per box, in two versions: EHP detected on its standard target, or on the EHP 18S rRNA gene. Runs on the compact 24-well analyser or any standard real-time PCR instrument, with a result in about 50 minutes.
